All our Cold Water Therapy Ice Baths & Accessories come with 1 year Warranty. 

ProIcebaths will contribute towards the cost of returning the defective item. 

Warranty Exclusions:

Accidental damage such as scuffing or dropping or tearing the items will not be covered by warranty.

Heat or sun damage is not covered by warranty. 

The warranty is not transferable. 

60 Day Returns 

All products can be returned at any time within 60 days of purchase if you’re not entirely happy with them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item back to the ProIceBaths HQ in the same condition it was received in at their own cost. We will routinely inspect the item within 7 days and if it has been used or damaged we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund you for the item.
